II – GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE

Article 1 – Acceptance of the General Conditions of Use

Access to and use of the Website, www.camping-aisne.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Site,” are subject to these conditions of use as well as all applicable regulations in this matter on the day of the visit to the Site.

Consequently, access to and use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance by the user of these conditions. The user declares and acknowledges having read the General Conditions of Use and agrees to comply with them.

The General Conditions of Use of the Site may be freely modified and updated by SAS O’PIZZA; any modification or update will be binding on users upon each access to the Site, so the user agrees to consult them regularly.

The user acknowledges having verified that the computer they are using does not contain any viruses, trojans, or other malware, and that it is in perfect working condition.

SAS O’PIZZA cannot be held responsible in any way for misuse of the service.

Article 2 – Personal Data

SAS O’PIZZA company strives to provide access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond the control of SAS O’PIZZA company, and subject to possible breakdowns and maintenance interventions for the proper functioning of the Site and the services offered.

The content of the site is subject to applicable law in France. Any user acknowledges the jurisdiction of the competent court of Saint-Quentin for all matters concerning the content and use of the site or any resulting claims.
